For eleven years I worked in the international aviation industry — an environment where performance standards leave no margin for error and sustained pressure is the norm, not the exception. I experienced firsthand what happens to a high-performing leader when the system keeps the pressure on for too long.

What I learned I didn't find in any leadership book: each person accumulates stress differently, and that determines exactly how and when they will collapse. It's not a matter of strength — it's a matter of behavioral pattern.

What exactly is the BSI Score™ and how does it differ from other instruments?

The BSI Score™ is a proprietary index that measures the leadership team's level of psychosocial risk — not how people feel, but how they function under sustained pressure. It's dynamic: it lets you see the evolution of your organization's human system health quarter by quarter. A number the board can read, compare and report.

How does the BSI Score™ support the company in audits or regulatory reviews?

The BSI Score™ works as documented technical evidence of preventive psychosocial risk management. Before an investor review, an ESG sustainability audit, or a regulatory inquiry under Resolution 195/2026, having this standard demonstrates that the company doesn't just react to problems — it manages them before they happen.
04 Scope

Is the certification for the company or for leaders individually?

Both scopes exist and complement each other. We certify the organization as a safe and sustainable environment — the HSC Global Seal goes on the door, in the materials and in the ESG report. We also certify people — consultants, HR directors or internal coaches — so they can apply the BSI™ methodology within their organizations.

How long does it take to obtain certification once the company decides to move forward?

It depends on the starting point. Companies that have already completed the BSI™ Experience can begin the process immediately — the evidence review and seal issuance are agile and free of unnecessary bureaucracy. The most important time isn't the certification itself — it's the real work that makes it possible.
06 Exclusivity

Can any company obtain HSC Global certification?

Technically yes — the standard is open to any private-sector organization with 10 or more employees. In practice, not every company will reach this level. The certification requires that leadership has gone through a real process of diagnosis and intervention. That's what makes it genuine — and that's exactly what gives the seal its value.
